Room in a 6-person shared flat in Horta-Guinardó

Horta-Guinardó is a hilly, residential district north of Gràcia, with viewpoints such as the Bunkers del Carmel and the Labyrinth park in Horta.

Metro L3, L4 and L5 serve it, and rents tend to sit below the central districts. It suits people who prefer a quieter neighbourhood and do not mind slopes or a longer ride to the centre.

Barcelona packs ten districts into a compact, walkable city between the sea and Collserola hills. Metro, buses, trams and FGC trains reach almost everywhere within 30 minutes.

Medium-term furnished rentals (1–11 months) are common for people relocating; long-term unfurnished leases follow Spain's tenancy law (LAU). Expect a deposit of one or two months and agency fees paid by the landlord.
