How much does it cost?
Agencies: €99 per month with unlimited listings, cancel anytime from the dashboard. Private landlords: free. No commission, ever.
What are the listing videos?
Every month you pick up to 4 listings in your dashboard. We make a 60-second vertical video from the photos and facts (no address, no phone) and publish it on RentAlert's Instagram, Facebook and YouTube with your agency name and a link to the listing. We check every video before it goes out; if the photos aren't good enough we tell you why and the credit comes back.
How do inquiries reach me?
Tenants send their message from your listing. You get it instantly on WhatsApp (or by email until you add your number), with the tenant's phone so you can reply in one tap. In your dashboard you mark it contacted or rented.
How do my listings get on RentAlert?
Paste your Kyero XML feed link in the dashboard (Witei and most Spanish CRMs export it): listings import automatically and sync every hour — new, changed and rented flats. Another format or CRM? We set up the import with you within 2 working days. You can also add listings by hand.
What can be listed?
Flats and rooms in Barcelona and its metropolitan area for at least one month. Holiday and nightly rentals are not accepted.
Who reviews listings?
A person checks every listing before it goes live, usually within 24 hours, to keep scams out.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. The plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
