Flat in Sant Martí, 70 m²

Sant Martí stretches along the coast from Poblenou to Diagonal Mar. Poblenou's old factories now house the 22@ tech and design district, next to a quiet pedestrian rambla and several city beaches.

Metro L4 runs parallel to the sea and the tram covers Diagonal. It suits people working in the 22@ area and anyone who wants the beach within walking distance, with newer buildings than in the old town.

Barcelona packs ten districts into a compact, walkable city between the sea and Collserola hills. Metro, buses, trams and FGC trains reach almost everywhere within 30 minutes.

Medium-term furnished rentals (1–11 months) are common for people relocating; long-term unfurnished leases follow Spain's tenancy law (LAU). Expect a deposit of one or two months and agency fees paid by the landlord.
