We read agency websites and room platforms that publish monthly and mid-term rentals in Barcelona. Each source is checked by hand before it is switched on: the listing pages must load, show a price and be the right product (no holiday lets, no sales).
We do not scan Idealista, Fotocasa or Habitaclia.
We respect each site's robots.txt and rate limits. A site that blocks automated access is left out.
Every source is scanned every hour, day and night. A faster lane checks the newest listings every 10 minutes, so a match can reach you minutes after it is published.
Listings that disappear from their source are removed from our counts.
The same flat often appears under several links. We count it once and send it to you once.
Listings without a price are not counted. Listings that only become free more than 150 days from now are not shown.
Every number on the site comes from the same search engine as the alerts, so the count you see is the count the bot works with.
Before you subscribe you see the price, size, area, photos and availability. The address, the link to the original listing and the agency's phone number are only sent after you subscribe. That link is what we sell, so it never reaches the page before.
The subscription is €5 for 7 days, then €20/month. Cancel anytime from your account or the bot.
Private landlords can list a flat or room for free; every listing is reviewed by hand before it goes live.
Agencies can join as partners to receive tenant requests directly.
