How do I add a flat?

On WhatsApp: send the agency assistant the photos and text, or the flat's link on your website, and it fills in the listing. You can also do it from the dashboard.

What about Ley 12/2023?

For a main home lease, the agency fee is paid by the landlord, not the tenant. We remind you when you publish; the decision is yours.

Can I remove a flat or delete my data?

Yes. Send "rented" to the assistant or remove the flat from the dashboard. To close the account and delete your data, message us on WhatsApp.
