Pisos.com reported a 9% fall in temporary listings across Spain after a decree the article says requires proof of tenants' temporary housing need. Separately, the Idealista analysis described Barcelona's decline in long-term listings as minimal.

An eviction appeal in Las Palmas invoked a decree EFE says has been in force since 8 October. According to Derecho al Techo, the defence argued the court needed to decide whether to suspend the eviction provisionally pending a ruling; EFE reports no decision granting that suspension.
